Child Safety Standards

What is prohibited

• Any content that sexualizes, exploits or endangers minors, including CSAM in any form (images, video, text, drawings or AI-generated content).
• Grooming, sextortion, or any attempt to contact a minor for sexual purposes.
• Soliciting, sharing or linking to CSAM, or trafficking of minors.
• Using meetups or events to target, contact or harm minors.

Age requirements

Users must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in their country) to create a Tagpuan account. Accounts found to belong to underage users are removed.

How to report

• In the app: tap Report on any profile, post, message or event and choose "Child safety."
• By email: info@rooje.io with the subject "Child Safety Report."
• If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services right away (911 in the United States).
• You can also report directly to the NCMEC CyberTipline.

What we do

• We review child safety reports with the highest priority.
• We remove violating content and permanently ban the accounts involved.
• We report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate with law enforcement, as required by law.
• We preserve relevant information as required to support investigations.
